Our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon represents the pinnacle of our goals as a winegrowing property. Three blocks of Cabernet have been planted over the past 15 years to take full advantage of our estate. Headtrained vines at the highest point of the property went in first, followed by two blocks of modern VSP trellised rows that climb down our hillside followed giving us a breadth of soils, clones and exposures.
Our Cabernet is rich and full bodied, with velvety but firm tannins and loaded with rich red fruits, akin to the great wines of the world grown on hillsides and benchlands.
